Our Revision Policy enables you to enhance your initial design brief without additional charges through your dedicated account area. We offer unlimited revisions, allowing you to refine and perfect your design until it meets your requirements.

    The Agency commits to delivering creative services to the Client in accordance with the details specified in the proposal, estimate, or contract. We strive to provide these services promptly and professionally, adhering to the highest industry standards and best practices.

    In the event of billing errors, failure to meet your specific design requirements, or inability to fulfill your design order as per our delivery policy, we offer a full refund of the amount paid for the design order.

    Should you find yourself dissatisfied with any design services provided by Art Wizard Studio, you have the option to request a refund within five days of the completion of your initial designs. However, please note that if we do not receive a refund request within five days of the initial design delivery, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the designs and the refund policy will no longer be applicable. This refund policy is applicable to both single-design packages and special/combo packages.

    Refunds will be handled in accordance with the following guidelines:

    • If a refund request is submitted prior to the delivery of the order, a full refund will be issued, with a 10% service and processing fee deducted.
    • If a refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial design delivery, a 66% refund will be provided, with a 10% service and processing fee deducted.
    • If a refund request is made between 48-120 hours after the initial design delivery, a 33% refund will be granted, with a 10% service and processing fee deducted.
    • Refund requests will not be accepted after 120 hours from the initial design delivery. However, we strongly encourage customers to promptly reach out to us with any concerns, as our top priority is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
    • If no action is taken by the customer within 48 hours of the initial concept delivery or 72 hours of the revised concept delivery, it will be deemed as complete satisfaction with the designs.
  • How to Claim a Refund

    For all refund requests, please reach out to our dedicated support department. At Art Wizard Studio, we retain the right to evaluate and make decisions on refund requests on an individual basis, taking into consideration any potential violations of your user agreement.

    To initiate a refund claim, please follow these steps:

    • Get in touch with us via phone, chat, or email, clearly stating the nature of your concern and expressing your request for a refund.
    • Our team will diligently work to address your concern within the framework of our revision policy. If, despite our efforts, we are unable to resolve the issue satisfactorily, our refund department will send you an email pertaining to your refund request.

    Once the refund has been successfully processed, Art Wizard Studio will assume ownership of the design rights, thereby revoking your direct or indirect right to display any version of the design provided by our company. It is crucial to understand that you will not retain ownership or usage rights over the design or its contents.

    To safeguard against any potential misuse, Art Wizard Studio will work in conjunction with Government Copyright Agencies to share information regarding the Copyright Acquisition of the refunded designs. This proactive measure ensures that the refunded designs cannot be utilized as original designs in the future.
